Our full range of products is prepared on site in our smokehouse so customers are guaranteed top quality control for freshness & flavour.
All products are vacuum packed and chilled before being sent to your door overnight.
If you've been fishing in Scotlandand lucky enough to catch a fish, drop your catch into us and we will smoke , slice, pack and then ship your salmon to your home.
Remember there is free customer parking at our Whitefriars Street Factory shop with its superb range of fresh and smoked seafood products.
We are open for sales 6 days a week from 7.30 am.
