Our full range of products
is prepared on site in our smokehouse so customers are guaranteed
top quality control for freshness & flavour.
All products
are vacuum packed and chilled before being sent to your
door overnight.
We process all game birds and venison when in season in our game department for sale in the factory shop and also as a service to shooting parties (see Services page).
Now that the Salmon fishing season is well under way, drop your catch into us and we will smoke , slice, pack and then ship your salmon to your home.
Remember there is free customer parking at our Whitefriars Street Factory shop with its superb range of fresh and smoked seafood products.
We are open for sales 6 days a week from 7.30 am.
