Slowly smoked over applewood and oak to give a unique smoked flavour that our customers have enjoyed for the 35 years that our family have been smoking salmon.

All of our farmed fish come from the Shetland Isles where they have more space and stronger currents to swim in which in turn reduces the amount of fat in them.

The Salmon sides are sent by overnight express carrier in order that they will arrive as quickly as possible.
